Great location. Room was small but had all amenities that we needed.
Malcolm, Reidsville Oct 28, 2008
I wish the TV was larger, but it was a flat screen with a very good picture. At times I could have used a bell captain to ... flag a cab, but the location more than compensated for that.
As the name indicates, Rockefeller Center and Radio Music Hall are across the street. Fifth Avenue window shopping is 1/2 block away,

For a smaller, less overbearing, but very swank hotel experience in an excellent location right across the street from NBC ... studios, the Club Quarters Rockefeller Center is a great choice. The rooms are small, but very efficiently organized. The staff was young, lean, and friendly. Great views from the business restaurant on the 7th floor. Easy-to-use business center is free of charge. Complimentary bottled water is available on every other floor. And if you can't get tickets for Saturday Night Live, you can watch on TV from across the street.

Great location; responsive staff
Anonymous Oct 13, 2008
From check-in through check-out, our stay was more than acceptable. The hotel location was in walking distance to mid-town ... activities. We made a couple calls to the hotel staff and were promptly taken care of. The first call was to report a faulty electrical outlet in the bathroom. We went out for the day and by the time we returned, the outlet was working. Our second request was for a shower cap and extra towels. Again, the staff was right on it. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to see that our late check-in. Additionaly, the associate at the check-in desk recommended a wonderful restaurant AND made rush reservations for us. I would, however like to have more towel racks in the bathroom. Also, the fact that there was no tub and the shower curtain was so lightweight, meant the bathroom floor got pretty wet during showers. We were at Club Quarters Oct. 10-13 and the weather allowed us to have breakfast outdoors on the terrace -- great way to dine. The room was nicely decorated, but a bit on the small side. However, that didn't really matter to us, as we didn't spend much time in the room. But all in all, our stay was excellent and we're already talking about returning.
Azalea, an Italian restaurant was about 2.5 blocks West of the hotel. The food was EXCELLENT.

Terrific Location
Laura Oct 12, 2008
We were so pleased with the location of this hotel. My husband and I were in very short easy walking distance to all the ... Broadway shows, Rockefellar Center, Times Square, Radio City just across the street and close to bus tour stops. It was also a very doable walk but a bit further to Central Park. We definitely would stay here again.
If you want to take the tour to Statue of Liberty, there is an express grayline pick up at 8:00 AM that is just a few blocks away and you can be on the first ferry to Liberty and Ellis Islands at 8:30. A terrific timesaver because the lines in the afternoon are easily 1 - 2 hours.

Great location!
Andrea, Ivyland Oct 11, 2008
The Club Quarters was right in the center of Rockefeller Center - from our room we could see the Ice Skating rink! The rooms ... were very small but certainly adequate for a short stay when sightseeing was mostly on our mind and we just needed basically a place to sleep. Everything was clean and in working order and the price was right! Also had discounted parking available! Great fro the business traveler as all the amenities were available!
Rockefeller Center, great shopping areas, restaurants, theaters!

Club Quarters Rockefeller Center was very nice. The room was small however it was very clean. I also appreciated the fact ... that bottled water was provided for the guest at no charge. The hotel is a perfect location for shopping, theaters and the Rockefeller Center was just across the street. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I love visiting New York and on my next trip I will stay at Club Quarters Rockefeller Center.

Excellent stay at this hotel!!
Cindie, Marietta, GA Oct 2, 2008
The staff was excellent, the hotel was immaculate and very modern, with wonderful amenities that I needed. The mezzanine ... level with the desk internet stations was a great help, and the free bottled wayer provided was a nice touch. It was so comfortable, easy on the eyes, well maintained and I am very picky! This attractive, conveniently located hotel was definitely a place I would choose to stay on my next visit. It is so close to everything, the beds were ultra comfortable, separate thermostat control, the showers have shower massages, there are internet hook ups in the rooms and plasma tv, alarm clock, phone, etc. I loved all of the features, with one minor thing: no tub, shower only. The shower massage helped me overcome that, the showers are comfortable. The bath vanity had a makeup mirror and was quite comfortable as well. I was 100% pleased with the Club Rockefeller Suites at this location.
Everything was close by: shopping, dining, sight-seeing, and a quick subway ride to ground zero, a taxi ride to the piers, just a great location!!

1st time in manhattan
Michael, Fenton Sep 22, 2008
The Club Quarters Rockefeller Center was a fairly small but very nice hotel. The rooms were smaller but clean, comfy and ... nicely decorated. I was told that all rooms in manhattan are small, but the size was fine for just myself and my wife. In New York, you don't spend much time in the room anyways if you are there on vacation as we were. The location was fantastic, in the middle of everything, and close to the subway if you wanted to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions on several days and even watched our luggage for us the day we left, so we didn't have to drag everything around with us, until we picked it up later in the day. I would stay here again no doubt about it. Plenty of restaurants close by, also broadway, central park, times square.
Mulberry street and little Italy is a fantastic place to eat. Take the subway, its a little too far to walk for most people.

This hotel was great for a first time visitor to NYC. It's right in the middle of everything, and quite nice for the money. ... The lobby is tiny and can get over crowded quickly, and the stairwell is not protected by key card entry, only the elevators, but the staff is nice and the hotel is clean.
5th avenue is just a block or so away...and for you bargain hunters, Canal Street is just a train away!

Jean Sep 15, 2008
The Club Quarters Hotel was an okay place to stay. The rooms were very small and is best suited for 1 person. The bed was ... comfortable and the staff was quick when you asked for something. The staff also gave us good directions for places we wanted to tour. All in all I would stay here again if I had no other choice but since my husband is a large man we would more than likely look for something with 2 beds in the room. The hotel is in a good location and the room was clean. We were within walking distance to a lot of places. Right across the street from Radio City Music Hall.
Right next door is Johnny Utah's Bar & Grill. They have good food and they also have free bull riding. Rockefeller Center is right across the street.
